I enjoyed that. Certainly not a pleasant Christmas atomsphere. We used to drink quite a bit at our family Christmasses but they were generally peaceful and fun affairs.
CG: i actually have mostly really nice memories of christmas too, but it was fun to write the new 'dysfunctional family' trope into a Christmas story.
