CG: I have to disagree with you there. Losing liberty is bad enough but if you lose the rest of your rights too you're a lot worse off. Incarceration is one thing, incarceration with severe beatings, denial of your right to worship or your right to healthy tasty food, or intellectual pursuits etc., seems far worse to me.
